We went back to Jay Peak expecting some spring skiing. As it turned out, Saturday was a bit warm (40′s), but in snowed most the day Sunday. We had a great time. We stayed in the new Tram Lodge right at the base.
The young moose was right in the trail – Sam nearly skiied into him on Saturday morning. It seems he’s been hanging around there the whole season.

The kids did two days, I worked from the lodge’s wifi the first day, then snowboarded the second. The conditions weren’t great, but the weather was nice. We had a fun time.

Matti and I went to Sunday River. We had lots of wind and snow squalls all day. They were down to one lift from 11:00 on due to high winds; 70 MPH gusts at the top. Matti and I had fun anyway, since it sent the less-dedicated folks packing.
